We need to inform you of your right to a 7 working day cooling off period after the goods purchased from Fluidgear are received, if you choose to cancel this contract for any reason at all, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, clean and unused and in a resaleable condition. On satisfactory inspection a full refund will be made.

The goods must be returned at your own cost via safe means of transport ie recorded signed for delivery or courier. Please contact us via e mail on info@fluidgear.co.uk or 07730601491 for a returns number BEFORE shipping back to us. We endeavour to satisfy our customers 100% please contact us if there are any problems at all. We are here to help you get 100% out of our products and your chosen sport. Please be aware that some of our products may require a 10% restocking charge, so please do contact us before making any returns on info@fluidgear.co.uk.

Our Profile. This product was designed as a result of our own personal committment to snow and water sports. During the summer months we enjoy waterskiing, jetskiing and wakeboarding and spend most of our weekends on the water. During the winter we try to get away to snowboard in Europe or North America. We firmly believe in this product and have put many hours into the design and production to ensure you too, can get maximum benefit from the unique features of our product.
